Good Morning! I hope all of you will be tuning in for the Fall Fashion segment on News on 6 today. It will be during their noon show! We will be highlighting a few of the top trends for Fall!

Here is what you will see – but, I decided NOT to post pics – so, that you are “surprised” when you see the segment!

We will be highlighting the follow trends:

Faux Fur: faux fur vest, white henley, boyfriend jeans, and olive green scarf – all from Flirt (Utica Square), Shoes by Moxie (which can be found at Flirt or online)

Bulky Knits/Sweaters: brown/cream ruffle cardigan, brown leggings, cream tank, and jewelry – all from Bella Dames (61st and Lewis)

All shades of Grey/Plaid: OU tshirt, Flannel shirt, Grey ”member’s only” knit jacket, and jeans – all from Chrome (Cherry St)

Additional Trends for Fall that will not be seeen on today’s segment, but, still very popular:

-Mixing patterns/prints – stay with simliar color combinations, but, mix up the print. Ex: polka dot blouse, with a houndstooth skirt

-Military – the military style jackets are extremely popular for Fall along with the olive, tan, and taupe color combinations

-Boots – all kinds of boots from booties to over the knee will be seen everywhere this Fall

-Minimalism – staying monochromatic in color with simplistic details

-Menswear – the ”dressing like your man” with button down and vests – could save you money – look in his closet for inspiration
